REMINDER Check Your Wagers
Always screen shot your wagers, boys. I do it daily and verify each result. This is the first time I've had an incorrectly graded wager. BookMaker graded Dustin Johnson vs. Jason Day as a ML loss when they both hacked a round of +2 74. The wager was a push. Within 5 min of speaking to the wagering department, they corrected the error and returned the original wager to my account. I imagine if I went out and got wasted and waited until tomorrow to notice the discrepancy, it may have been more difficult.

So, let's say you notice your wager is graded incorrectly...you contact customer service.
They accidentally delete the wager rather than correct it. Now, it's disappeared from your history.
You get passed around to several different customer service reps...it's happened to everyone.
It is always better to have proof.
