Dangles it is based on your residence address - if the address with your book and here is listed in Dominican Republic, then you should be good to go.

But the sportsbook do, and you'll have to verify your address and ID to be able to cash out. And I'm pretty sure SBR and the book match the addresses provided on each site against each other.

so they know where you live (location), but they dont know your citizenship. cashing out can come after applying sportsbook cash, as you may not have cashed out yet and they havent fully verified your ID

Oh right, I didn't think about that US citizens are actually allowed to have accounts on the books SBR offers sportsbook cash on, just not allowed to get the SBR promo cash.

Good question Diggity and it's one that came up before the last Bash. We also get asked it when people are visiting overseas for any length of time. The answer is no.
