BetOWI sent me two $100 vanilla **** gift card payments many month ago. One of the $100 vanilla **** gift card numbers that was listed on the card was an invalid number and could not be used per vanillavisa.com. The other $100 vanilla **** gift card number they gave me had a $99.99 charge on the card that I never made so I only had a $0.01 useable balance.
I have sent many e-mails to BetOWI and opened many support tickets on their website and asked them to replace the bad vanilla **** gift cards with valid gift cards or pay me by another method.
They are aware of the problem and I even provided documented proof. They promised that management would resolve and pay but it never happens.
It seems they must be having some financial problems if they can’t even pay $200 so it would be wise to get out now if you play there and nobody should deposit at a book that sends bad payments and then does not resolve it.
I think SBR should lower their grade.
