A guy like Lowery of Toronto is just as good as Curry

Partly what has happened is the league has caught up to him and secondly all those while out of control jump shots aren't falling anymore

he has trouble getting open looks when he is the focal point on offense from the defenses point of view. he doesn't have a back to the basket game or a jumper where he can rise over you. people forget he's only like 6'2. he relies on creating space. i think thats why GS brought in KD. Curry can still do what he does and hit open jumpers better then anybody in the NBA EVER but now they have somebody that can 'go get a bucket'. its too bad KD couldn't get a shot off at the end of that Cavs game because that is exactly why he was brought in.

not a top 15 player? huh?

he averaged 30PPG last year on ridiculous shooting percentage numbers. if you look at his points per 48 mins, he had the second highest total EVER since Jordan in 85-86. his team broke the record for most wins in a season. didn't he lead the league in steals too? he had the single greatest season in NBA history in my eyes last year. not just numbers and team success and all that, but he played with charisma and gave us highlights on a game to game basis.

If Westbrook is the 3rd best player in the world and Durant is 2nd, then a team with the 2nd and 3rd best players in the world never won a ring? Westbrook isn't top 3 -- maybe not top 5. He's top 5 imo but arguable. Every team with 2 players in the top 5 in history won a ring.
