speaking of mcallen... back in teh nineties I was one of the lawyers involved in what was going to be the partitioning of the McAllen ranch... my clients were the Scanlans, who had a 1/3 ownership interest; utlimately Jimmy's faction bought my cients out of their share, right before hunting season....

I had been slated with the opportunity to go down for a hunt to get a "couple nice bucks" -- saddened me deeply that I never got to go on that hunt due to the settlement.....

there are some monsters out on that place.....

here's the two european mts in my law office.... each day I still spend at least five-ten minutes admiring them, usually while on the phone....

26" wide ten pt from Webb Cnty about 25 miles east of Laredo

11 pt from McMullen County n. of Tilden....

No doubt about it.... I love big racks.....
