Is that the "sharp" line being shown up there? From what I've seen it is (but I haven't studied it too closely).
(Explanation for anyone who may not be aware: some books - including Bowmans - deal dual lines. They have one set of lines for recreational players. Once they decide that a player is sharp, they switch his account to a different set of lines. I don't know every little difference but, in general, the sharp lines are less friendly to dog betting).
