Books want even action on both sides. They balance the line based on the money coming in, not the percentage of bets, based on the money, and they collect their juice and move on. They don't have time to be gambling on regular season nba games especially this one that probably didn't have a ton of action on it.
Line movement doesn't mean shit. You think it's hard to spot reverse line movement or little dips in the movement, even a 5th grader can do this.....you think that's the key to winning nba bets? If it were that easy we'd all be rich. It's all about matchups and then you have to start to factor in other elements like analytics and human factors like the b2b, if a guy is playing his hometown team (kevin love grew up in portland -- coincidence?), who's having problems at home, teamwork issues, etc....
