I don't use heritage all that often, but does anybody else get "courtesy calls" from Gus from heritage sports? He usually just leaves me a VM but yesterday I actually talked to him, and he told me some bonuses they are offering etc, but when I went on the live chat they have no idea what he's talking about....

Did you call or ask to be transferred to Gus through the listed Heritage phone number or support line? That would seem like your best bet to confirm that the offer you received stands. The customer service dept is likely not up to speed with a sales offer you may have received.Comment -
I just mentioned I had talked to Gus and that he offered "so and so offer" and they said they didn't see that on my account but that they will ask management and they asked I try back in a few hours to see what the management said.
I was just wondering if anyone else had come across this, not a huge issue.Comment -
