how does a NFL team that's not that good go 15-1 and deep run into playoffs? there is a lot more parity in the league now, but you don't get lucky 15 times in the reg season. Cam just played like a Beast last year, this year well.... trying to show boat and let up before crossing the end zone and getting laid the fuk out is ridiculous and has happened to him twice.

as in a team go from top 3 team in NFL last year to bottom of the league overnight. I get that is was a fluke last year, but how have they dropped off so much 1 year to the next?

You cannot replace a Josh Norman, Jared Allen, Peanut Tillman, Jerricho Cotchery and Roman Harper easily. You're talking about senior leadership that know how to prepare game in and game out.

A lot of people knew their defense would take a significant drop. The offense was never very good to begin with.

Panthers had a magic carp ride last year, and I said it the week before the SB against Denver I thought their defense was vastly overrated.
That defense last season had a lot breaks, yes some of the breaks they made, but still the most overrated 15-1 team ever.

Panthers were a one hit wonder, and last season is gone.

Panthers quarterback Cam Newton obviously unhappy with 1-5 start. Short answers and only talked for about a minute and 30 seconds. Twice passed on questions by saying "next question." As disappointed as I have seen him since the Super Bowl.
