Former Eagles linebacker DeMeco Ryans isn’t on an NFL team this season, but he still seems to know how to pressure his opponents.
According to NBC Sports, Ryans is suing both the Texans and the NFL over the grass field at NRG Stadium that the linebacker says caused him to suffer a torn Achilles tendon during a game on Nov. 2, 2014.
Filed Friday, the lawsuit also names the Harris County Convention Sports Corp. and stadium management company SMG as defendants.
Neither Ryans nor the Texans could be immediately reached for comment.
