My two choices, and I am sure their are plenty more on here I haven't followed, or took the time to read their threads or posts.
Russian Rocket, definitely is sporting a hefty IQ.
The other:
Dwight Shrute. Very smart guy. And one of our dear favorite's of the, "bashing team," on SBR.

THammer is sharp when it comes to college basketball. High IQ, mostly unbiased. I like the discussions he starts / takes part in.

Louisvillekid is also very, very high IQ for college hoops, but not so unbiased, and spreads himself too thin in terms of breadth, and loses depth.

Now here's what I believe is smart

Any gambler, betting on sports throughout the season, making consistent wagers and keeping his head above water, is a very smart man. A man who definitely has his gambling under control, also.
I do believe this; find over one or two in 50 and I will be surprised. This sport wagering game is like walking down Chicago's southside, while packing only a rubber gun.
