Look at Matt Moore's last four home starts in SF.
He's given up only four runs in his last four against some real good hitters.

c) Cubs have never seen Matt Moore before pitching in Tampa all those years.

d) Lackey has an ERA of over 4 on the road this season.

The under is in play too, I really don't see this game getting to 8 runs.
