Bridgewater sucks according to this board so Bradford must be an upgrade no?

Atrocious. Now if your fill-in starter for Bridgewater plays well enough to keep the job, Bradford will just be a distraction.

Deal works well for both teams. Bradford's waaaaay better than Shaun Hill or whoever the Vikes were gonna throw in there; Eagles looking to the future and get a 1st next year and a pick in 2018.

Feel bad for Minny, but when did Bridgewater become Tom Brady? He threw 14 TD's last year and as everyone says his decision making is shaky. Granted he would of probably been better this year, but people are making him bigger than he was.

I see many field goal attempts this season, that's why I drafted the Vikings kicker. Get them 3s

Take the under for both teams whenever they play. Heck the Philly-Minnesota game later this year maybe a scoreless tie.
The real shocker would be if Denver cuts Sanchez, and he heads back east to be a backup....nah.

I'm okay with it. They were not signing Peyton Manning or trading for Brees. They were trying to upgrade from Hill before Bridgewater was hurt so that tells you how they felt about him. They weren't punting the season and they had no leverage.
I also wouldnt be surprised if Beidgewater missed next year too. So this covers two years where they should be a good team if they get even average quarterback play

it is crazy Mccarron is going to spend the year on the bench while this trade goes down. Bengals need to trade him before he leaves himself. They can offer all the money they want except the starting position. Only 2 seasons left on his contract then he is gone.

Same kicker who cost them a playoff win vs Seattle by missing a chip shot? Good luck with that.

What option was realistically out there where Vikings fans would have jumped up & down in excitement? Hint: this is about as good as it gets

He cant move. They will get more yards/points I think but he is a turnover/sack/injury waiting to happen.

Anyone that thinks Bradford is good for the Vikings based on what they gave up is out of their mind...Luke McCown would have been the best pick up...Saints already have their replacement for Brees when his time is over...

you got robbed, lost a 1st round draft pick for nothing.
would have been better off picking up a general service
like Charlie Whitehurst or Josh Freeman. Probably could
have gotten both of them for 500k each.

It will be a problem...Bradford might get hurt between weeks 1-3...then what? All I have been saying is based on what we gave up...it is terrible...

Bridgewater a stud Guy was one of the worst QB's in one of the worst passing offenses in the league last year. Vikes are fukked. Just trying not to go bankrupt with the new stadium. You can't trot Shaun Hill out to open a billion dollar stadium. A former #1 overall draft selection can be spun.

When Vikings win the Superbowl this year a first round draft pick would be like 32nd pick. This deal could be the deal of the century. Bradford didn't have any weapons in Philly.
