yes its real you have to have valid Texas state ID, go online to site and scan it with webcam and you can vote. Takes place 12:01 am September 1st to the 30th from what i heard.

Must have 51% to pass and they are approved to move to any city they choose

If the vote is successful, Houston, Dallas and New Orleans will move to the East. Chicago, Milwaukee and Indiana move to the West. I think Memphis will also flip flop.
