Totally agree about Wilmots

On talent alone Belguim should play much better than they do

Everytime I watch them they are barely scraping by lesser teams if at all

Plays so defensive and cautious when he has about 5 offensive minded studs on the bench

Don't think it will be easy. ROI is like very organized like Wales(a team they failed to beat even once in the qualifers). Will probably require a moment of brilliant from the inconsistent Hazard or tired KDB.
