I lived in both places and I would much rather live in Cleveland. Miami is a very boring city once you live there. It gets tired quick going to the beach and/or the mall. Too many transients as well. There are a ton of things to do in Cleveland. Funny how I hear people shit on Cleveland but If you haven't lived in both places you are not in any position to comment.

I've heard from several people that also lived in both places and unanimously they all preferred Cleveland. Miami is a great place to visit but absolutely awful to live there.

What if free agents that were superstars bonded together and said, "Hey xxx city - you just hit the lottery - we want to win the NBA trophy and will give it one year to do it at a minimum veteran salary.

How long have you lived on Miami Beach? Unless you do, you know nothing of what you're talking about. Unless you lived in Cleveland you don't know what the hell you're talking about either. I still have a house 1 block from the beach in FLL. I'll be there on Wednesday. I know most of the real estate in South Florida. There's some incredible spots BUT Miami is an awful place to live. There is absolutely NOTHING to do there. Name me 10 things to do in Miami? I'll be waiting for your response.

Look at what you bolded... Visited. Try living in Miami for more than a year and get back to me. Now I believe that home is what you make of it but Miami is like a different country. It doesn't even feel like the US. It really has a 3rd world country feel if you spend time there. The city is full of transients and non English speaking people.

Now, I can't stand the snow, and that is the one big negative for me in comparing Cleveland. I do not spend winters in Cleveland, but neither do I go to Chicago or NY in the winter as well. But any other time of the year, Cleveland has better people, better things to see, better restaurants, better scenery, better night life and surprising better woman.

Didn't Love have a chance to go to the Lakers and instead went to Cleveland? MIami weather is nice if u like to stay inside for five months. Brutal humidity.
