He was an opening day starter. He was a highly regarded prospect with a high ceiling. They thought he would become their ace. But then they tied both of his hands behind his back.

He is using something for sure than can't be traced. People don't become ace pitchers all of a sudden. Cubs have used steroids before with Sammy Sosa. He used to be this skinny kid and then he looked like a body builder.
