Certain types of sites - ie gambling or adult related content. For the record, I did not check if they allow adult entertainment sites, this is my assumption they block it

So SBR is tagged somewhere as a gmbling-related site? Is there some internet police that aggregates sites as gambling or adult related for corporates to block? I never knew of this. I know I've accessed SBR on wifi at some places.

I think the sites do their own tagging for new search and hit reasons. I could be wrong though.
