wasn't a scam really considering that is exactly what the lottery is but it seems typical government workers are the reason it was allowed to happen. The best scam to ever come out of MIT was obamacare.

Their knowledge of hard and fast statistical probability wouldn't work with sports betting.

Exactly...this is no scam as they are just smarter than the government and found a glitch. No surprise there
