    It's been a great ride.

You think he rolls over? Even Kobe dug in for 40 his last game on those knees. This is the playoffs. Timmy won playoff games by himself last year when the chips were down.

I think they are favored for a reason. Throwback game.

I could care less what he did last year. He is useless now. Spurs are about to get rocked tonight.

Great career. Sad to see him as a shell of his former self. He was still pretty dominant as recently as 2-3 years ago.

he can come back and play a modified role next season if he really wants to do that.

but yeah, OKC will twist the knife tonight.

LB, I do believe he lost a ton of his net worth when his investment dude screwed up.
It is not like he has made a ton doing endorsements, so maybe he could use the few million
and play 15 a game as 6th/7th man.

Am I the only one around here that thinks vintage Spurs show up tonight?

Manu and Timmy will play like its 2007 for one more game before burning all their gas and getting crushed game 7.

The title of the thread says it all. Duncan's last game. That's a very big deal! I expect a lot of intangibles will determine this game. On one side you have one of the greatest teams in sports, banding together after two losses to play for their HOF captain to stave off elimination. On the other side you have perennial primadonna uncoachable all star underachievers, that don't have to win and have the pressure of knowing this is their best shot at home. Westbrook won game 5 in crunch time singlehanded, although the team put him in position to do so with great energy and hustle on defense and on the glass. Spurs missed some wide open looks in the lane and Parker missed a key FT. Spurs were burned on the glass in the 2h, got nothing out of their bench (Mills, Ginobili, Green). Made no adjustments to get the ball out of Westbrooks hands. Was a huge energy and execution failure.

I think you will see the energy back tonight. Back to fundamentals. This team has lost two straight and are facing elimination. Look for Timmy to leave it all on the court, Diao to get his ass on the glass. A 6 pack of red bull and some pregame reflection and maybe circle jerk should be enough to force game 7. They are the better team.

I don't think the Spurs have an answer for Adams & Kanter. Both have been tearing down the boards. Plus if Russ doesn't go off then Durant will. Spurs are used to getting days off, but this is the playoffs. No days off. I wouldn't count on Danny Green going off again either. OKC at home doesn't want to go back to San Antonio for game 7. Spurs will try to slow down the pace whether on purpose or because they're tired of chasing around KD & Russ. It'll be a low scoring game.

I don't think he's done. Aldridge getting more shots has made it a difficult transition. But who knows

The way the last game ended is definitely concerning for the Spurs. It was like it just ended. Spurs have the ball with 20 seconds left down 1 three timeouts and don't call timeout. Then just kinda wait for the game to end. It was really weird, no urgency, no gas, no nothing. No muss, no fuss, no wheels on the bus.
