Gambling is like a drug when you have a bet on the game you feel high as a kite when you don't have a bet you feel really down and depressed

In the past I have literally had the shakes after two days of not gambling on anything

Again many guys tried to strapdown method where some supervise personnel strap them down to a bed and try to go cold turkey

The straps were high grade material and very difficult to break out of

The theory was of they can hold off for 10 days being strapped down they were clean of gambling addiction

75% of gamblers busted out of the straps and went back to gambling
