He was in on it all. Note the thing of the video as well as his casualness to the question about receiving money from coaches as he's on his way to cash out in the League. The video was done with him full knowing he was on it and not some behind the door sneaky clip from someone looking to catch him. This was a big Fuckk U to the Ole Miss program on his way out.

Also I think Robert Nkemdiche loaned him the weed for the video.

This seems to me would be a bigger issue than the video. Especially the way the guy responds about amount breakdowns. Basically says to NCAA its not a one time deal so even though Tunsel was suspended already for this sort of stuff, its deeper. Of course we all know this about big time college sports but this gives the proof they need on handing out punishments.

Lesson to these guys never video yourself doing things and never conduct business over your phone.
