Did not receive payout today.

This is after I was told by email earlier this week "We have received an update that your payment will be in your account by 4/22."

Going on almost 50 days now................

Happy to hear you got your money. Unbelievable that it took that long, based on your's im expecting mine in at least another 2-3 week's. Just absurd to not let people know of delay's ahead of time or even when depositing. Will not use this site again after this.

it's frustrating to see this from books but topbet are good people. they're just having a problem with their processor. as opposed to some books that do this on purpose to try to screw the player over

see mybookie, bet365, and william hill if you want to know a book that is really shady.

Finally got my payout on Tuesday. Took 50 days.

Obviously never playing with Topbet again. Finally got rolling with Nitrogen a few weeks ago and go figure, they pay out in 5 seconds.

Update for me, received two more wires, 3 in all, but still waiting for pay2card I mentioned earlier that was made way before the wires, was legit worried I wasnt going to get my funds, but moral of the story is use the wire not pay2card method! Guess maybe it really is a processing delay not really on them

It's definitely on them. First off, the lied to many of us by saying the processor sent the money and it was already in our bank account(s), when in fact they knew it wasn't. Second, it was business as usual for them during the 50 days I was waiting for my payout. Most companies will do all they can to fix the problem and they didn't give 2 sh*ts. It's 100% on them and I feel sorry for any unsuspecting person that deposits with them in the future.

They told me they escalated my request to their processor on Monday morning, they're waiting to hear back. I guess they sent them a letter pony express, that would explain the wait.
