Usually I get a small amount back but there were some issues this year that normally wouldn't come up. 2016 will probably swing the opposite way as the feds have already withheld in Q1 as much as I would pay in a normal year. My EA is a good guy and has helped me and my friends out many times, so I can't pin this on him.
