LOL - I would watch them play! Nobody said it would be easy to go from Heisman trophy winner to NFL star! 1st thing I would do is hire Art Briles as OC. Build the offense around their skills - RGIII is worthless if he cannot run or be a threat to run - Johnny Manziel is not a prototypical drop back passer - why force him to play that style?
