playoffs are about cold blooded clutch hitting and getting on base not pitching

royals are the new model to follow they should have won b2b

all about having threats in your lineup 1-9. your number 8 hitter is just as important as your number 2 hitter. tried to explain this to mlb forum last year about royals when i picked them and i got laughed at.

if your number 6 7 8 9 hitters are garabge, but you have a stud 1-5 and stud pitching, you're not gonna win. batter number 6 is getting almost as many bats as batter number 3. that's why baseball so different than any other sport. every player in lineup has same opportunity to make an impact.

LA dodgers have a full batting lineup with OBP > 0.32. 0.32 is the MLB average. I give their offense a 10/10 rating.

MLB is very random but expect a lot of regular season wins from this team.

I think I would take the 1931 Yankees over them..... They still hold the record for most runs scored in a season btw! Giving this LAD team a 10/10 rating on offense is a joke I don't even think this team is in the top 5 offenses in the MLB this year tbh and there is no way in hell this team offensively ranks in the top 10 all time hell there are at least 10 yankee lineups that had much more potent offenses alone. The pitching is very suspect as well after Kershaw. They have a lot of question marks and if they meet anyone in the playoffs that crush lefties its night night LA.

I rate NY mets pitching rotation 10/10 as well. It is excellent. However, LAD have 10/10 batting rotation while I rate NYM 8/10 for batting.

Playoffs and regular season wins are two different things. Im looking only for regular season potential to put in some heavy bets.
