Best place to live in Las Vegas for bettors

Will be moving to Las Vegas at the end of March and looking for the best place to live that is safe and is within 20 minutes of the Strip. I'm a recreational bettor that enjoys spending time at the Sportsbooks but don't want to live too close to the Strip.
