Coach Larranaga has figured out how to beat Roy Williams... His Canes have figured out how to play up to their comp and get more top wins than anyone. Canes will shoot the three like Duke did, but play real defense - which UNC seems incapable of doing.

I think UNC will bounce back eventually, but not a couple days after a disheartening loss to their arch rival, where they looked like a couple big kids on the playground playing ugly bball.

Jekyri won't be able to completely shut down Bryce Johnson down low, but he can limit him just enough to force the rest of the heels chuck up bricks for days.

Canes have better defense, better shooters, better ball movement. I took the +7 and also parlayed Miami ML & KU ML for 4.7/1 odds.

I love when people use the defense as a argument against Carolina like in all the years Roy has been at UNC the Tarheels have ever tried to be a lock down team. Their offense is their defense, Roy has won 2 titles at UNC playing the same way, it just getting press right now because they are in a rut right now shooting the ball. Which team hasn't had its struggles this year?

If they can't shoot and don't play any defense and don't have any lottery picks then tell me how is it that they haven't been out of one game this whole season? Everything is being over analyzed in this rough stretch. Carolina is the only contender that hasn't been embarrassed in a game this season. All other top teams have an off night and get routed. One would think that wouldn't be the case if they were as bad in as many areas as you say

I agree it's a rough stretch, that's why I said I think they'll get out of it eventually, but the last 4-5 games they haven't shot the 3 or played defense.

They really don't have a lottery pick tho, and I don't think they are winning it all this year. Doesn't mean they can't go in as a 2 seed tho, or get an ACC reg season or tourney title.

Well I guess it isn't too long now until we find out as March is looming but I will tell you this, if they hit shots from the perimeter in the tourney, good luck besting them because we all know unc owns the paint
