Seems like we have a lot of younger folks here. Early 20s. Definitely seems like a younger crowd than a few years ago here.
I would guess average age is 23.

Wizzle what's your age?
Why would you create a thread without mentioning your shit first?

26 but I wasn't asking for people to post their age. I was asking what they thought the average age was.
You have to read before you go and talk shit rocket.

Checking in at 40, been capping for a good 20 years, learned from the old school for sure, then brought the new school into the equation. I’ve been capping since.
Some say and examples indicate that it takes roughly 10,000 hours of practice at a craft to become truly a proficient master. In my opinion, for sports betting and other markets, because of the learning curve, it may take much more. Unlike other endeavors, your 10,000 hours don't begin until you begin doing things for the most part proficiently, only then may you achieve some form of mastery.
Unfortunately, for many, the obstacles that must be overcome just to get to the "for the most part proficiently” phase are simply too great…for many potential reasons.
Because of this many give up, as they should, while others simply resign themselves to the fact that the markets are unbeatable. If fact, this has become common sense or common knowledge.
Many are aware that “common sense” is not always good sense.
You’ve heard it before from me…it’s not that bettors know, it’s that what they know is often wrong.
Anyway, I’m only 40.
