Interesting NBA situation going tonight!

I ran across this situation, not mine, but looked interesting and back tested it. Interesting numbers to say the least. It only happens with the elite and perhaps subjective, tired team. Anyway...it goes a favorite winning 18+ out their last 20 games; playing 6+ out their last 10, with an oppt. on less than 3 days rest.

Since 2011:

SU: 35-1 (15.33, 97.2%)
ATS: 30-6-0 (7.06, 83.3%)

The teams that streak on this situation are:

The 2011 Spurs: 3-0 SU and ATS
The 2012 Clippers: 1-0 SU and ATS
The 2012 Heat: 13-1 SU and 10-4 ATS
The 2013 Trailblazers: 1-0 SU and 0-1 ATS
The 2013 Spurs: 6-0 SU and ATS
The 2014 Hawk: 9-0 SU and 8-1 ATS
The 2015 Warriors: 2-0 SU and ATS

Pending Warriors vs. Trailblazers tonight! Btw...the Heat lost to the Bulls 97-101 as 6 pt favs on Mar. 27 2013 for the lone SU loss.

Oh shit! I am all over the place. Just read your post again, and the Spurs have won 18 in their last 20 so Spurs would be the play seeing that the Knicks are a tired and subjective team, tired team and also playing their 3rd straight on the road.

I also did an SDQL for Away dogs with +12 or more coming off 2 road dog wins and it gave me very strong evidence towards the Spurs covering tonight.

Win or lose, historically it's been favorable, with GS winning two already in this spot this season. So if bettor did play this season, they would be up regardless of the outcome tonight.
