Sorry if I wasn't clear. No not calling officer scum ball. The "Muslim" shot 13 times - hit cop 3 times in arm. Expected to survive. The fuckin Muslim was hit by responding officers and it expected to survive with my tax dollars at hospital.

Hartnett not only survived but managed to fire back and wound the gunman after what authorities say was an apparent attempt to execute the officer at a city intersection.
