The battle of two shit teams, which one prevails? Going to work a couple of situations here. First, fading a rested home favorite (Lakers), losers of last 3 of 4 winning only winning 25% or less of games on the season, playing a losing team.
Since '08
ATS: 21-44-0 (-4.38, 32.3%)
Second (below), I wanted to see how revenge factor plays given 12/1 loss to the 76er's. Favorites winning only 25% or less of their games and revenging a road loss of 10 or more points vs a losing team.
In the last five years: Note...Lakers lost to the Nuggets in this spot on 11-3 of this year.
ATS: 3-19-0 (-6.39, 13.6%)
Recently? how the Lakers perform in this role; an amazing 0-12 ATS and SU since March 12, 2015
Going against my contrarian values here a bit..
