USA is planning to overthrow the saudi ruling family....there will be chaos in saudi in 2016 and gas prices will go back up the roof before the end of 2016.

Ive been trading the emini nat gas which require $350-400 margin per contract.

Until the GLUT supply is gone seems both crude and nat gas will continue to drop.

My brother works for a major player and he runs a segment of a large refinery here in the states.

He told me this will keep going on for another 2 years.

There is an over supply now from all the fracking.

See how capitalism truly works???

Really? because I have talked to people that have family in Texas and are saying they are barely turning profit and the move for lower prices is to push out smaller oil people so that larger companies can control the prices.

All the reserves in the world could sustain the demand for 2 years without adding to it. This has been the circumstance for almost 10+ years.

Not only WTI....But also for Russia to turn a reasonable profit,with their vast reserves in Siberia, they need oil to trade around $ 100 per barrel ! Their current account is bad and as you know the Ruble took a big hit with these declining oil prices. When I am in, do mostly interest rates and a little non-ferrous metals.....best of luck guys. When I was working I speculated on interest rates...If anyone has questions about this,feel free to pm me...will to best , to help out.

I think you can probably make money in oil if you want to wait a couple of years, but most people aren't that patient.

EM = all kinds of other manipulations other than true market forces (political, geopolitical, insider manipulation, etc.)

CM = for most part true market forces
