What keeps people there? Well, for starters, it's a nice, smallish, 100,000 population town with a lot of decent people. Another big plus is that they don't have a bunch of chimpanzees with guns walking the streets robbing, raping, looting, killing, and banging. Green Bay averages around 2 homicides a year. You can actually have less than 10 homicides a year in a town when your Black population is less than 4%, which Green Bay has at 3.5%.
I'm also sure that when a young pregnant woman gets raped and killed in her own home (with an infant in the house at the time) by a couple of black punks, that nobody who lives there would write something as tasteless and abhorrent as your sorry ass did.
