Your body stops healing itself at around the age of 29 so start increading your bone density, tightening those muscles and ligaments now...

Im 36 and can still move like a 25yo thanks to years of correctly pushing weights in my 20's.

Its hard work (and painful at 1st) but if you want to get on top of your body ailments that's how it has to be Topherman...
