Open Card teasers

My local used to let me have open card teasers. I was winning a lot with them and now i've been cut off.

Any real advantage to having teasers with open slots?

only advantage i can see is that you can wait to fill the open spot(s) rather than being forced to put in all your pieces at the same time only on games that day. bookie don't like them. sportsbooks could care less.

they essentially are identical to open parlays
with the disadvantage that you cannot adjust
the points teased per game.
