Bookmaker revamped their fees a while back and added bitcoin to their cashier which is the best bet for free transactions in and out.

I know this but it's bad business to charge fees on top of juice. Vegas doesn't charge you fees when you win.

I would assume they have to pay the people working for them to send the money. It is a frustrating when it costs 5 dollars to send but 75 dollars to cash out.

You can use BPs but you would have to accumulate an enormous amount - equivalent to about $50-$75 in cash back. Not worth it, IMO. I think BTC is the best and your amount may even be higher if the value goes up.
