I played there for many years early 2000's. Maybe 5K deposits total. 20 deposits probably. I go to inquire about playing with them. They have no record of me. they tell me to open new account. I'm wary now because I don't want some duplicate issue to come up and they snatch my money down the road. these books seem like using every tactic now.

What a joke!!! They just called me because I just opened an account. Said my phone was under a different name. Said I couldn't open an account to deposit until I sent in a phone bill with my address. I laughed and said just put me down as not owning a phone. Said he can't. I laughed in his face and said I play at 20 books and you want me to send documents just to open an account. What a penetrating joke. I play at books that I can deposit in minutes. You think I'm going to take my afternoon to just get my acct open.

      Hi shhcago,

KYC is unavoidable. SBR released a report recently explaining why the process is needed, and ultimately protecting against fraud is a good thing. Would you prefer that you be asked to send your documents in once you request a payout? Most wouldn't. Verifying early means when you request a payout you've already gone through the process and there is no delay in getting paid.

If you'd like SBR's help in having a manager review your account, please provide your player ID via email to mail@sportsbookreview.com.

I'm with wagerweb. They took me in as a refugee a few years back. They are not do anything to you they haven't asked from most winners.

This isn't a drivers license for verification of my name to stop. Bonus abusers I get that and have done for many books since I started offshore In 1998.

What this is - is them saying they don't like how my caller ID comes up on my phone. They want to verify my phone number.

I wasn't aware a phone number was even required to bet offshore. Why am I not allowed to say.. I only bet online and don't own a phone.
