    Living in Vehassss...Instant payouts for each sport bet win day to day.. Love to move to Vegas to avoid all this on line sports betting crap.. To in love with my beach house and that cool ocean breeze here in SoCal though.. I'm out but that rent is dirt cheap..

    Make sure you all have your own refrigerators with pad locks.. May wanna include a weekly maid cleaning service cost as well in that pricing.... 3 guys sharing a house spells disaster and mess especially in the kitchen.....

    Electric bill - Winter is coming up fellas.. Heating is gas not electric.... No need for the central AC.. I considered this in post #11...

    Water bill - Maybe there is a common area pool and ya just don't need to shower.. Most compulsive degenerate gamblers don't shower anyways or wash their hands regularly.. They drink beer and sodas and not water either. . Lol..
