I think Jimmy Buckets gets invited to the All star game this feb

    what do you think?

either way the kid seems to have made a great gamble on himself to not sign an extension with the Bulls and hit the Free Agent market after this year

Are you kidding? He won East Conf. Player of the Month in November and is having a better December. He is easily an all-star (unless he falls off badly). He should be the starting SG in the East. Who else is there at SG in the East? Next closest is Wade. DeRozan? Not close.

Butler 30 and 10 in a road win over Memphis.

And Nikola Mirotic 6-6 behind the arc.

                For sure.

In the West it would be another story but in the East he could almost start.

The East is so bad Brandon Knight, Kyle Korver, and Marcin Gortat are all all stars. The West might be -20.

Mirotic is a matchup nightmare. He's got the quick high release, but if you jump out on him he can put the ball on the floor with either hand, usually the left, and can finish or dish off the drive. He's an excellent defensive rebounder too. Almost unfair to call him a 23 y/o rookie though because he's been playing pro ball for like 5 years. It shows.
