Is Andy the only one who can set up and authorize contests now? Any way to delegate this and give Opti or another mod some leadership role on contests? Thanks

As a contractor I can't be made responsible for company employee type responsibilities, due to labor laws across the many jurisdictions the company works in and employs people from.

And right now Andy is the only one who can arrange, handle and approve forum spending. He's had a happy personal issue that has seen him need some extra leave lately, so I think he was just so busy in between times off he just did not get to it.
