I'll pontificate a little further on this. Burrow (CIN) is maybe the only name-player I've heard talk about taking less. Burrow said that he'd like to re-structure his deal if it allowed the team to build a better roster.

And this is a guy in a position of leverage. What for? So your WRs can holdout and suck out all the $$ that you'd be sacrificing?
