Rare treat for me on MLB tv
MLBtv is giving me Vin Scully and the Dodger feed live for the Kershaw/Cardinal game.

There are not too many that ever called a game that was better than Scully.
Kostas / Kaat is almost as good, but Scully does a solo act.

The best part about dodger games IMO won't be the same at all when vin is gone. Chick Hearn and the lakers were epic but Vin is next level like listening to game with grandpa.

Yeah, a grandpa that isn't crotchity and knows his stuff that's seen it all.

Only slight knock, sometimes I say to no one in particular "take a breath Vin, come up for air"

I'm watching the old Dodgers Yankees World Series game from 1977 on ESPN Classic right now. I would love it if MLBTV could somehow provide a library for every televised baseball game in the history of all the franchises. I'd be watching my old heroes from the 70's and 80's all year round.

I loved Milo Hamilton of the Astros and Gene Petersen of the Rockets. My favorites of all time.
