Poker Tourney - Rebuys?

Going to get some feedback on having rebuys in the weekly poker tourney.

So please everyone that reads this and plans on playing, vote in the poll and leave a comment if you like.

Rebuys are for pansies. Good tournament players don't need rebuys.

I think in a friendly home game it has its place, but on the Internet, we can always play next week and people who bust out can move on. If you had to sit around and watch instead, I think rebuys are a good idea.
