And I mean watching for pleasure rather than betting on the game and then following the result while throwing your beers at the TV.

I'm British so I've got to say soccer, but baseball has got to be a close second. I'd happily watch a game of baseball even if I'm not betting on it. I think NFL and NBA suck big style - I just can't see the appeal. I might watch a NFL match if I'm betting on it but by the same yardstick I'd probably watch a frog race if I had money on it.

Football, Basketball (mostly college), Boxing and Baseball.

I dont bet on Boxing much, so maybe thats the one that should stand out. But in football and the NBA it would probably have to be my favorite team. Baseball could be any team pretty much. College hoops could be any team too, but I love march and the NCAA tourney.

I'll watch almost any sport except the NBA and WNBA. I prefer to watch baseball, football, hockey, and the bigger horse races. I don't mind watching some of the higher profile boxing matches or golf tournaments either.

I don't like watching NBA and baseball.

I can't go through sunday without football. I also like watching some boxing and the olympics. I only watch hockey for betting purposes. I like CFB and March Madness. And I take my vacations during World Cup soccer; that's the event I'm crazy about.

Anything in college...the best reality TV going. You don't have to be a sports fan to watch these kid's lives go in all different directions in a matter of minutes. A lot of these kids are playing for millions come tourney time. Got to love that action, money down or not.

NBA, NHL and soccer in that order. They don't show American Football and Baseball here in Finland, but i'm sure i would like to watch some if i could. I've had moderate success betting on MLB even my only way of following the games has been mlb.com's live gamecast. Found a link where i can watch live stream video of monday night football Vikings-Packers. I think i'm going to check it out today as i have little money on packers -4.5.

If you go to mlb.tv you can subscribe to watch every baseball game via the internet for about $50 a season. That's an absolute bargain in my opinion.

College basketball if it was available, then NBA and Eurobasketball. Far behind comes Champions league soccer and worldcup/olympics hockey

Boxing is my favorite by far. Have been watching HBO, Showtime, and PPV events since I was a kid.

Then for me it is football. I don't watch near what I watched in the past, maybe a game a week, but I still enjoy it.

Baseball I will watch the playoffs, and maybe one game a month.

Basketball I can take it or leave it. Living in Kansas, KU basketball is huge and I don't mind watching while hanging out, but I really never watch just for the game. I am a casual fan in that I really enjoy the NCAA tournament every year. The finality of each game and CBS cutting to all the most exciting parts of the game does it for me.

Would rather watching cooking shows then watch the NBA.

Interesting, I had it 7-5 for X. Taylor was winning a charade with the HBO crew of Lampley and Merchant pulling their typical biased BS, the crowd was a huge factor too. Hopkins was countering him and landing sharp shots in two or three for the first 7-8 rounds of the fight. Taylor was certainly more active, but he didn't land clean shots and couldn't really get through Nard's defense. Then Hopkins totally dominated the championship rounds and they handed the belts to Jermaine. I hope and think Hopkins will destroy him in the rematch.

Maussa/Hatton this Saturday should be entertaining nonetheless, I think it's on during the afternoon on Saturday here (West Coast). Maussa's so wild and unorthodox that it's always amusing. I'm not a fan of Hatton's at all. Dave Parris let him get away with his holding BS against Kostya, even though I think Kostya made stupid decisions in his preparation for that fight. Hoping Carlos lands a huge shot on Hatton and takes him out, but extremely unlikely, he can't be as stupid as Vivian Harris was when he got flattened by Maussa.

I think the Masters is the best thing in sports to watch in the year better than super bowl or college bowl games

Golf is something I forgot. The last 18 of a major is usually pretty good TV, Masters being the best, although the coverage seems a little too formal at times.
