SBR Bill Dozer reports: Third BetUs (SBR rating D-) player comes forward with five figure no-pay claim. In the past 6 months BetUs has paid out over $25,000 to two players who have waited years for their winnings. This player hopes for a similar resolution to his $14,668 complaint which dates back to the fall of 2002.

I can tell you first hand that this is a very deep closet. Most of their marketing was offline and if they knew a guy was not computer savvy he became an easy mark for them.

As these cases sneak back into view we should find out if ownership was looking for a quick PR fix or really wants to make good. I'm looking forward to discussing this case with management and I'm optimistic that they will try to keep taking steps forward.

Good information. It saddens me how quickly BetUs was promoted by other sites when they had failed to make good for so long and continued to stall on these legit claims. At the same time is great that they want to go mainstream and legit so these claims actually have a shot. For all the players in general, I know I appreciate the work that SBR and Bill are doing on these cases.

yeah, most of these books are too busy out recruiting new prey, instead of paying their old players out and taking care of business...

I see a world of difference between playing with them now, and playing with them 3 yeaqrs ago. Neteller payouts are done following day at 7:30 pm est. Not the same day, but not terrible. Staff seems pretty proffesional. They take credit cards. ANd they went fdrom charging 4% fro a neteller payout to $30 per $2500.

The problems with BetUS go back to 2002- 2004 . Since Mike Foreman took over as CEO of BetUS I do not recall any problems with them and it looks as though he is rectifying misdoings of the past.
