    SBR and TOW Ratings
Which books do you consider should have an upgrade or downgrade at SBR and TOW?

In SBR I believe that Millennium and Vwager together with the rest of VO Group should at least have a B-.

In TOW Betmaker, Nine and the rest of the group, Sportingbet, BetED, Millennium, Tradewinds and Vo Group should be upgraded.

jay, Millennium has had issues with complaints in the past. and, if v-wager's customer service was better at all at answering emails, i'm sure they would have a higher rating.

        jay,

sportingbet is a difficult animal to deal with. Its affiliates have different peculiarities.

In the beginning I was under the impression that a family rating would have been appropriate. I'm rapidly changing my mind.

sportsbook.com is easily in the top three as far as players complaints are concerned. Their behaviours with players is simply brutal.

I'm in the process of finishing the evaluation that will lead to a steep downgrade of sportsbook.com.

Confiscating winnings for 7,500 without explanation and for no reason is not something anyone can feel comfortable with, just to mention the latest event.

I know that sportsbook.com not is that reliable. But sportingbet.com, not the rest of the affiliates, they give a good service to European customers.
Vo Group is at least a B- company... Millennium has a decent service and most important they pay...

Good posts by Roberto and Jay.

As far as SBT, multiple players have been victims of unjust confiscation. However, BetUSA has paid their players who were involved. The latest batch of complaints will take some time to sort out. The London based books are operated very differently. They use different banking and some even use Finsoft as opposed to SBT's own World Gaming software.

The VO-Group is being reevaluated. We took them out of the B range when there were some small payout delays and complaints of lack of email replies.

Grade debates always lead to good discussions. Any one of the books mentioned could support its own thread.

That is my point! That is why I consider that Sportingbet.com in TOW should have a higher rating.

Well, if the parent company is going to cheat players there is only so much room. At least with the smaller CR books the GMs have the ability to make their own calls, although most are silent partners.

Your only as good as your worst book in your family and and sportsbook.com is horrible, so i think sportingbet grade is correct.

They are run in two different offices, with different managers, different lines, payment methods, merchant accounts, etc... The share holders have shares of both companies but the management is totally different.

So CRIS should be rated as DSI or other books that they manage?

Why? Bill? TOW? Someone? If that is the case with Sportingbet than what happens to the other families of sportsbooks?

VO Group offers bonuses to players, then they change their mind after the player has deposited. They also never reply to emails and they charge very high Neteller fees for withdrawals.

Millenium steals bonuses from players who have already earned it.

Sportingbet family books (World Gaming) is simply incompetent when it comes to payouts, does random audits for no reason, steals winnings, make "management decisions", but won't let you ever speak with management, delay payouts for no reason, etc.

Sportingbet (euro division) is slightly better, but they deal dual lines and put players on the old "30-60 second" delay before they will approve your bet.
