The injury-ravaged Dallas Mavericks entered Sunday's game with only nine available players, three of whom suffered injuries during the contest, in a 125-116 loss to the Phoenix Suns. After the game, coach Jason Kidd said he's "never seen this."

Kidd was joking. But I wonder if Kidd and Dudley would suit up to play a few minutes. Mike Dunleavy did this several years ago, when the Bucks needed an extra live body.

Their future is BLEAK. I may be mistaken, but we might not see Kyrie until 26-27, Davis primed to be traded as I believe they mortgaged their future and don't have first round picks 2027-2030. And those picks are all going to their closest geographic competition.
