The 1st 6 I would have blindly picked before the season. As a Saints fan if I wasnt being a homer I would have chosen the bucs. But the west I know I wouldn't have taken arizona but I would have basically flipped a coin between rams and sf

This is a hell of a post. I think there are some good takeaways:

1) It was mostly a chalky year. The Niner collapse was the one surprise. And that was triggered by the selfish holdout AND McCaffrey breaking down (which isn't a huge surprise).

2) I swear the Dogs don't have as much bite anymore. Takes a minor miracle for the bottom-feeders to spring upsets. The Pass DEF rules mean that the top QBs have good games 90% of the time.

3) MINN might be the one surprise based on pre-season expectations. If O'Connell doesn't win Coach of the Year, something's wrong. Getting a big year out of Darnold is like getting blood out of a stone.
