Technology has helped a bunch. Kids are training on shooting machines that can tell you the angle, velocity, etc., on your shot.. Imagine getting 300 shots in 20 minutes, 3 X a day. It’s all about the reps. I have one in my backyard

Basketball has turned into a middle to upper class sport. You just don’t see kids coming from the inner city. It takes money to get specialized training that is critical. You are way behind if you don’t have money to get access.

Yeah, a huge reason is that Chet has gotten bigger and stronger. He still can put on a few more pounds but he is a beast already. He’s finally healthy. His offense is much improved as well. I’m not sure how you guard that offense.

you better hedge, no chance they make the finals or win

gambling too popular right now...sports associations are making money on this while they can

Fade the Cavs at your peril. This would be a good spot to fade them tonight on a back to back and an emotional win but these Cavs just look different.

OKC defense is tremendous. They started locking peeps up. Holmgren made Sengun look bad.

For sure, Mac. The Boston HC did it perfectly last year. East 1-seed was locked up early.

Rotate the rest. I actually think the Pacers could have beaten the Celts, if the injuries were even. By being more rested, Celts had the edge. Same thing in the Finals, Dallas was worn out from the Western series.

Locate the three little dots in 'X' in the upper right-hand corner, click that, and you'll get a dropdown menu with embedding options.
Hmmm, I thought SBR had changed it but it just worked. Thanks much.

Very early. But Cavs are already 4.5 games ahead of Eastern 3rd team.
Allen is a huge rim protector. He’s outplayed every big he’s faced including Anthony Davis who is leading MVP votes. Ty Jerome is fantastic. This guy can come in and run the offense and just gets buckets. The entire team -lays with aggression. These don’t even look like the same players from last season.

My only knock on OKC is experience. I just don’t know if a team of players that have never been to the Finals can win a Finals. Usually teams/players have to go through gut wrenching, rip your heart out playoffs before they win it all. Can you think of many teams that won a title without being totally devastated?

    Houston at OKC tonight.
Houston has some young guns; Dillon Brooks grew up finally and is playing very good ball, plus Van Fleet.
    Very interesting game.
